To book a picnic simply
1. Choose a package and theme
2. Select a date, time and location.
3. Contact us through our website or social media.
4. Let us get back to you and get the rest of the details.
Picnics are given a 2 hour time frame. There is additional time available for $20 per hour to a maximum of 2 hours added.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and snacks. There is also a catering menu add on available. Please be aware that alcohol consumption in public parks requires a permit. We do not sell alcohol.
If rain is forecast on the day of your event there is an option to relocate indoors at a location selected by you, or you can reschedule your picnic. A cancellation fee applies if your event is cancelled within 72 hours.
Pricing is based on 2 guests attending, additional guests are $25-40 based on the package chosen. A maximum of 8 guests per event.
Yes, a 50% deposit payment is required at time of booking, with the balance being due on the morning of your event, prior to setup. Payments are received via etransfer or cash.
Yes, we require 72 hours notice for cancellation. Late cancellation fee of deposit amount will be charged if cancellation occurs after the cutoff of 72 hours notice.
No, you do not require a permit to have a picnic with 15 or less guests.
If you are planning on consuming alcohol on site then a permit is required. You may contact Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario for more information.
Delivery fees are based on KMs from our home office (Utterson)
You may choose your location, in your backyard, indoor space, public park or beach. A minimum of 10ft x 10ft space is required.
